Thursday the 9th WSU Extension office and Linnie and Tammy are doing a taste test during lunch time. The kitchen will be sampling spring Raab from Chi's Farm in Sequim. This roasted flowering part of the brassica plant will be roasted and the students will take a survey to see if they would like it on the lunch menu. Roasted veggies are a nutritious and fun way to eat your veggies.
