In compliance with RCW 28A.335.190, by completing and submitting this form, you are requesting to be added to the Crescent School District’s Small Works Roster. This roster allows qualified contractors the opportunity to submit proposals for public works projects appropriate to their trade and business size.

As part of the application process, the District will verify contractor status through the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. We recommend all contractors visit this site to ensure compliance and stay informed of prevailing wage requirements and contractor qualifications.

All work under the Small Works Roster must be performed in accordance with prevailing wage laws. Contractors must not be suspended, debarred, or otherwise out of compliance with state or federal regulations.
